How it works
Our mission is to offer travelers an experience that will leave you with everlasting memories.
Step 1.
Let’s talk about your vision for the perfect trip. Whether you have it all planned in your head, or have no idea what you want to do or where you want to go, we can help. Call us for a free consultation and we can share all the options. Our expert team will carefully guide you into creating a trip that provides lifelong memories and leave you wanting to travel again.
Step 2.
After our phone call, we will curate a personalized itinerary (or itineraries) for your selection and approval. Further conversations may ensue to make sure we’ve checked off everything on your dream list. Our team welcomes as much or as little input as you would like to give.
Step 3.
Once your final itinerary has been agreed upon, our team will continue to fine tune all the little details to ensure your trip runs smoothly once you travel. Final travel itineraries will be sent closer to the departure date, along with any other helpful information for your trip. To top it off, you always have access to your safari specialist who is there to answer any questions you may have.
Step 4.
Embark on your trip of a lifetime, and enjoy every moment with the peace of mind that our team is monitoring each step and taking care of any behind the scenes issues so you can enjoy your holiday.
Step 5.
We enlisted the assistance of Safari Experts to plan our dream elopement and honeymoon in Africa. Safari Experts came highly recommended from friends and family who traveled with them in the past. Our planner was Tana Lapage, and she did a phenomenal job working within our budget and time. We began the trip in Uganda trekking to observe the silverback mountain gorillas in the Bwindi National Forest. This experience is one of the highlights of my whole life. The gorillas and Ugandans are simply incredible. From Uganda, we traveled to the Masai Mara and spotted all of the big 5 within 24 hours of arrival. We even experienced a rare sighting of a leopard kill and cheetah kill. Our next stop was our elopement destination in Northern Kenya. With very little direction, Tana created the most magical and romantic marriage blessing with the Samburu Tribe. She also coordinated an incredible National Geographic photographer to fly in and shoot our special day. Our last stop was the landscape that inspired the Lion King. We had lots of time with the big cats and soaked up our last African sunsets with sundowner cocktails each night. Every step of the trip was flawless. Transfers and drivers were on time and friendly. We felt safe and secure through our whole vacation. ~ Lindsay Fricks and Jason Hiland
