September 22 was World Rhino Day. I have just arrived back from another amazing summer flying through Africa, and seen how the pressure on these amazing creatures is greater than ever.
I am again lending my support to a great local Rhino anti-poaching fundraiser, Winos for Wildlife at Utah’s Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake City. This unique, safari chic event will feature wine and beer tastings with small bite food pairings hosted in conjunction with an art and photography exhibition and auction.
Please join us next Friday, September 29th at Utah’s Hogle Zoo from 6pm – 9pm.
Tickets are still available! Get your tickets HERE: www.hoglezoo.org/winosforwildlife
*Ticketed guests will be given full access to Zoo grounds from 4-6pm, bars open at 6:00pm in the Special Events Pavilion and entry plaza. Please keep in mind that this is a rain or shine outdoor event, so please dress appropriately. For guests 21 years of age and over.*

If you can’t make it to the event, perhaps you would still support the cause by making a donation at http://hoglezoo.org/donaterhinos.
On a different topic, Fall is truly well with us. Now is the time to take a flight around the Wasatch Mountains to see the colors. It is the trip of a lifetime. Watch this video of a flight I did in a previous year.
If you have any questions or you want to talk about planning your 2018 trip, please call me at (435) 649-4655. I leave for India mid November to photograph Snow Leopards November.
All the best,
Tim
